Brushfire tacos y tapas is a growing, up and coming, Mexican cuisine drive-thru. Brushfire is currently seeking outgoing, self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic individuals to fill the following positions:
Will manage daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Bilingual is a HUGE plus.
Must have past food experience, team player, fast learner, ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment. Knife skills as well is a plus. Bilingual is a HUGE plus.
Cashiers must be detail oriented, energetic who enjoys working with the public. Money handling experience is a must as well as a positive attitude. Bilingual is a HUGE plus.
Ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. Must be energetic and fast. Job duties include washing dishes, organizing dishes in restaurant, breaking down food truck deliveries, provide assistance to chef if needed. Pay will include base pay plus tips.
The Prep Team is the backbone behind all the food. We rely on our prep team to be accurate and consistent is every salsa/marinade/tapa created. Job duties include making all salsa, marinades, and tapas. Cutting all produce, following the recipe book and making sure every food item is stocked for the chef to use. Must be able to work early mornings, great communication skills, organized, self disciplined and comfortable working in a face-paced environment. Pay will include base pay plus tips.
All employees must be able to stand for entire shifts and work at a fast pace while maintaining exceptional customer service. Tips are great, the people are even better and the food is EXCELLENT!!!
